Here is a simple and delicious way to have a healthy breakfast during your work week.

Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oatmeal

Ingredients

4 cups water
1 cup steel cut oats
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine ingredients in slow cooker and set for 7 hours.  That is it. Enjoy!!
