Cilantro Lime Rice
2 cups water
1 cup white rice, long grain (I used Basmati)
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 bay leaf
1/4 FRESH lime juice
2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1. Add water, rice, oil, salt and bay leaf to large pot. Cook over medium heat.
2. Bring water to boil. Reduce heat to low and cover pan for 15-2o minutes.
3. Remove bay leaf.
4. Add cilantro and lime juice, mix together and serve!
